answers

A flat map of question_key → value object. OCR output from the document, whatever the applicant typed, and any input parameters you passed at creation.

What appears here depends on how you built the form. The keys below are the standard eKYC fields. Every element you add in the Builder — extra questions, input parameters — arrives in this same object with the same shape, and so does every answer you pre-filled at creation.

Every entry has the same shape

Field	Type	Req.	Notes
value	string | number | boolean	yes	The captured value. Usually a string; boolean for checkboxes (for example consent_checkbox_1).
created_at	stringdate-time		When this field was first captured.
updated_at	stringdate-time		When this field was last written. Differs from created_at when the applicant corrected a value or re-scanned the document.

Read the value at answers.<key>.value. created_at and updated_at tell you when that single field was captured, which is useful for auditing a re-scan.

Treat this as a sparse map

The key set is not fixed. It varies with the document type, how the form is built, and which optional steps the flow contains.

Read every field defensively. Do not destructure, and do not assume a key exists because it appeared in another submission.

The keys

Presence varies by document type and flow configuration — noted per key below. Anything not noted appears on both National ID and passport submissions.

nid	string	Thai national ID, 13 digits, check-digit validated. National ID submissions only.
document_number	string	Number printed on the document.
ekyc_document_type	enum	Document actually scanned: front_card (National ID) or passport.
ekyc_document_country	string	ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 issuing country.
name_prefix	string	Title. Not cross-validated against gender.
gender	enum	M or F.
full_name_type	enum	parts or full — whether the name arrives split or as one string.
full_name_first_name	string	Applicant-editable. Local script.
full_name_middle_name	string	Present only when supplied.
full_name_last_name	string	Applicant-editable. Local script.
full_name_full	string	Present only when full_name_type is full.
full_name_en_first_name	string	Read-only, from OCR. Latin script.
full_name_en_last_name	string	Read-only, from OCR. Latin script.
date_of_birth	date	ISO date.
date_of_issue	date	ISO date.
date_of_expiry	date	ISO date. Check against the submission date.
home_address_country	string	ISO 3166-1 alpha-3. Always present.
home_address_address	string	Street line (Thai address).
home_address_subdistrict	string	Khwaeng / tambon (Thai address).
home_address_district	string	Khet / amphoe (Thai address).
home_address_province	string	Province (Thai address).
home_address_zipcode	string	Postal code (Thai address).
home_address_address_1_common	string	Address line 1 (international address).
home_address_address_2_common	string	Address line 2 (international address). May be empty.
home_address_city_common	string	City (international address).
home_address_postal_code_common	string	Postal code (international address).
home_address_full	string	Derived single line. Absent on some submissions; may contain placeholder dashes.
consent_version	string	Consent text version. May be empty.
consent_date	date-time	Z suffix, unlike every other timestamp in the payload.
consent_checkbox_1	boolean	Consent given.

Input parameters you declared in Form → Builder → Input Parameter appear in this same object, in this same shape.

The two name pairs are not interchangeable

This is the single most consequential detail on this page.

AML screens the editable pair

extra.identity_aml.comply_advantage[0].input is built from full_name_first_name / full_name_last_name — the fields the applicant can change — not from the read-only OCR fields.

So if the two pairs disagree, the name that was screened is not the name printed on the document. Compare them.

Validation on the way in

When you pre-fill a value, format rules apply even to a draft:
